 This charming cottage is a lovely two-bedroom duplex near East Beach and across the street from a 400 foot-pier which extends over the marsh on the Bald Head Creek. This home is a reverse floor plan -- with two bedrooms on the first floor and the kitchen and living area on the second floor. Extremely well equipped.
