Twice monthly on-site home checks to inspect the following areas:
Locked doors and windows
Water and hot water
Plumbing and potential leaks
Electricity
HVAC operational
Refrigerator operational
Golf carts on site
Landscaping
Screen check
Garage doors operational
Hurricane report
All non-specialty light bulbs checked and replaced as needed ($2.00/per
bulb)
Check air filters quarterly ($5.00/per filter replacement)
One winterization/de-winterization
Golf cart registration (Village fees not included)
Three extra unscheduled trips (in six-month time period)
Hurricane preparation: Bring in and put back outdoor furniture (once)
Monthly cost: $200/Month (Two trips per month plus
three extra unscheduled trips in six-month time period.) One-time
registration fee of $100: Serial numbers, makes and models of all
appliances and equipment, golf carts, preferred vendors, customer
information and contacts.
