STANDARD SERVICE PLAN
 
Twice monthly on-site home checks to inspect the following areas:
Locked doors and windows
Water and hot water
Plumbing and potential leaks
Electricity
HVAC operational
Refrigerator operational
Golf carts on site
Landscaping
Screen check
Garage doors operational
Hurricane report

Monthly cost: $125/Month (Two trips per month). Six month contract minimum required.

One-time registration fee of $100: Serial numbers, makes and models of all appliances and equipment, golf carts, preferred vendors, customer information and contacts.


 
  

ALA CARTE SERVICES
 
Hurricane preparation: Outdoor furniture moved in and out once: $150
Additional trips to house: Unlock, Turn on heat/air, Pickup and deliver and deliver packages: $50/per trip
Golf cart washing: $25/per cart
Golf cart registration: $35/per cart plus Village fees
Unlock house: $50/per trip
Other services tailored to specific needs.
Additional subcontractor services available to Project Works Home Care clients as needed.
Winterize and dewinterize house: $150
Pre-arrival preparation: Open blinds, set temperature, dead bug removal, sweep porch: $150

 
  
Terms:
Written monthly reporting unless time-sensitive issues found
Six month contract: January through June or July through December
Three months until renewal: prorated plus next six months
